The nature of our business is wrapped around change, and change happens when stations face major projects that can be disruptive and fulfilling for those involved. But change brings stress, unless a carefully designed structure is wrapped around the work. This webinar will help attendees understand the roles and responsibilities of those involved in planning and executing a capital project, with emphasis on the role and responsibilities of the station, consultants, and system integrators.
This webinar will assist managers, design engineers, chief engineers and staff members planning and executing upgraded or new facilities plan effectively, and manage without undue conflict.
