This webinar will present a short-list overview of the changes made to the 70/7460-1L advisory circular that were published Dec. 4, 2015, compared to the previous 70/7460-1K advisory circular. While the changes affect new tower construction or tower alterations, this presentation will focus on the major changes all broadcasters should know.

         

About Your Instructor: David Shepeard

David ShepeardDavid Shepeard started working as a strobe technician in 1990 and rose to become a vice president at Flashtechnology. Prior to starting Drake Lighting, Inc. he was a representative of RF Specialties of Georgia and the sales manager for World Tower Company.

He has been a part of the FAA 70/7460 updates since 1995 and the 70/7460-1J advisory circular.
